Medical Mask Update

Masks are mandatory within our clinic. Everyone will continue to have access to masks upon entry and in all clinical areas. Staff will be expected to don a mask when caring for patients who are wearing a mask.

There is ZERO TOLERANCE for patients who are aggressive or abusive. They will not be seen, and their referral will be subject to rejection.

NOTICE TO PATIENTS

This clinic is affiliated with the Ophthalmology Training Program at Queen’s University.

During your visit you may be seen by an ophthalmology resident or clinical fellow. These are medical doctors completing specialty training in ophthalmology.

Please note:

· Everyone caring for you should identify themselves to you

· All learners are supervised by a staff ophthalmologist who maintains responsibility for your care at all times.
